About Sara

Hi! I'm a PA student at Wake Forest, graduating in May, and I have a strong background caring for people of all ages. I've worked with kids with autism through ACEing Autism, teaching social skills through tennis, and while I enjoy working with children of all ages and the elderly, my real love is caring for babies. My medical experience includes two years as a medical assistant in a family medicine clinic and work as a patient care specialist in the pediatric cardiac ICU at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. My availability is a bit limited this spring with clinical rotations and my wedding, but I'll be much more open starting in July while I study for my certifying exam and prepare for full-time clinical practice in November. One thing about me is that I'm organized and thrive when plans are made in advance, so I appreciate scheduling ahead of time. I love working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment, and I'd be excited to meet your family!
