Hello, my name is Ms. Randa, and I have four years of experience in early childhood education and childcare. I began my career in 2021 at The Goddard School, where I worked as an assistant teacher and floater. In 2023, I decided to expand my expertise and transitioned into full-time nannying. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with three wonderful families, with whom I have formed close, lasting relationships. I am currently working full time for a family, but always looking for opportunities where I can support both weekend childcare and household duties. My 2 year old absolutely adores Ms. Randa. When Ms. Randa started as our nanny in August we were all trying to figure out a structure and comfort level since she was out first nanny, but my little one loved Ms. Randa from the beginning. It took me a little by surprise when she let Ms. Randa pick her up and carry her from room to room almost instantly which she usually doesn't do with people she just meets. Over the past 9 months Ms. Randa has basically become another member of our family. She is instantly greeted with a hug and excitement every time she walks through the door from our 2 year old. We have gone on family trips together with Ms. Randa helping us deal with the hectic ordeal traveling with a toddler can entail with made the process easier and more enjoyable for everyone. When Ms. Randa started with us, my 2 year old was barely talking but now with Ms. Randa's help she is talking nonstop. She has helped her with learning her colors, alphabet, counting to 20, animals, and so much more. It has been such an amazing time having Ms. Randa with us especially as a work from home mom, I know my little is being so well taken care of. I wish our time with her didn't have to come to an end since we have become such a great support team not just for our little but for each other. We will definitely miss her and will always stay in contact with her!
