I am an experienced caregiver and companion dedicated to helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. My experience includes companionship, dementia support, medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, and respite care. As a trained Death Doula, I am also comfortable supporting individuals and families through aging, serious illness, end-of-life transitions, grief, and legacy work. This experience has strengthened my ability to provide calm, compassionate support during difficult times. I am CPR and First Aid certified, technologically proficient, good with pets, a clean background and driving record, and have reliable transportation. Families appreciate my patience, adaptability, strong communication, and dependable nature. Whether providing practical assistance or meaningful companionship, my goal is to help clients feel safe, respected, and supported while giving families peace of mind.
