Hello, my name is Sarah. I have been babysitting and nannying for the past 6-7 years. I am infant and child CPR certified and have a clean driving record. I have developed wonderful relationships with the families I have worked for and would be happy to connect you for a reference! I am looking for a part time childcare position that would allow me to bring my 1-year-old son with me. A child around the same age would be great so they could play together. I am a pediatric speech therapist by trade and have training in fostering language development. When working with kids, I emphasize communication and interaction, while also engaging them and having fun. I love to goof around, play make-believe, read stories, sing songs, go on outings to the park or library, you name it!. Sarah has been watching our two children (ages 4 & 2) twice a week for the past year (around 8 - 10 hrs/week). She is AMAZING! She is incredibly responsible and safety conscious. She takes them to parks, the pool and play dates and I have peace of mind knowing my kids are in wonderful hands when they are with her. She is also incredibly creative and interactive with the kids. She actively engages with them, whether it's having a tea party, dancing or making up a game. My little ones have so much fun with her. They run to the door when she comes to the house, talk about her when she's not around and she gets some of the best giggles and sheer joy from them when she's watching them (I have the videos to prove it!). Sarah truly loves children. And if it's not obvious yet, we love Sarah! We completely trust her with no reservations and can confidently recommend her!
