About Marissa

Hello families, I am a proud mom to two teenagers as I transition from office work to working from home. I would love to help out families and provide childcare to children. I love to go to the park play board games, teach children, especially younger children how to use the world around them as an education tool in a fun way. create fun, meaningful moments with all children that I work with. I understand the importance of following specific routines and instructions. Kids' energy and interest in the world around them has a very positive effect on me. I also enjoy staying active and laughing and having fun with children , I worked as a many during college, I am raising 2 teens currently and I am still caring for a 6 year occasionally and I started when she was 1-week-old. One thing you should know about me is that I volunteered as a child advocate for children who were in foster homes in Philadelphia for 10 years. It was the most rewarding work that I have done in my life.
