About Sarah

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my 10-year teaching career. As a certified teacher with extensive experience in Individualized Education Programs (IEP), I specialize in Math, Special Education, and developing effective study skills for elementary, middle school, and adult learners. I believe every student possesses unique strengths, and I foster a supportive environment by breaking complex concepts into manageable steps. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my strategies--ranging from visual aids to hands-on practice--to match your specific needs. I thrive on celebrating your "aha!" moments and building the confidence necessary for long-term academic success. Whether we meet at your home or the library, I am dedicated to clear, consistent communication to ensure we reach your goals together. I look forward to supporting your journey toward mastering new skills and finding joy in the learning process.
