About Fernanda

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my passion for education. With three years of experience and American Tutoring Association certified training, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I create a supportive, patient environment by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting new material to your child's personal interests. I adapt my teaching style by actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new concepts, utilizing visual aids or hands-on activities to ensure clarity. Because I value open communication, I provide consistent updates to parents to ensure we remain a collaborative team. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult skill. I am eager to visit your home to help your elementary or middle school student succeed. I truly look forward to supporting your child's academic journey and celebrating their growth together.
