About Sarah

I strive to offer support both through the delicious meals I create and tender personalized care for the heart. I have been a caregiver for 2 years and an in-home chef for 7. As a mother, I care give every day. Trained in Non-Violent Communication & Peer Counseling, I am an excellent & clear communicator with healthy boundaries. My priority is that my clients get the care they most want, & are supported creating & achieving their goals. I understand health problems leave people feeling isolated, I offer empathy, compassion, & a willingness to listen. I am a fierce advocate for my client's mental & emotional well being as well as physical health. I relish the positive impact I have on my clients. Knowing I make a difference in someone's life; uplift their heart or remove a burden sustains me through the challenging aspects of this work.
