I've got over 17 years experience working in Home Health Care . My background includes C. N. A. training , experience with all levels of home care including palliative care with hospice . I'm cheerful , calm , patient & a good listener I'm a problem solver and an excellent patient advocate . I'm experienced in medication management, work well with the medical community &If your condition is unfamiliar to me I will learn everything I need to know to provide you with the top quality care you deserve ! My role in my last position was lead caregiver. In that role I was responsible for crew hiring, training, scheduling, payroll &retention. I was with my client the last few years and went through the palliative care process with her. My references are stellar & include the Daughter in law of my last client who is a Physician.
