About Sarah

Hi families, I'm Sarah! I am a nature loving, nurturing, and experienced childcare provider. I am looking for a full time nanny position for the summer, and possibly beyond if it's the right fit! I've spent the last year working as a preschool teacher at a nature based childcare center, and love implementing time in nature into the care I provide. I am a fully licensed teacher with a bachelors degree in early childhood education, as well as 4. 5 years of experience providing childcare. I've worked professionally as an infant, toddler, and most recently, preschool/pre-k teacher. I am also CPR and first aid certified, and fingerprinted/background checked by the state of Maine. I love and have worked with all age groups, but have the most experience with ages 0-5! I love creating strong, trusting relationships with children, and encouraging them to express themselves, try new things, be creative, and have fun. I hope you consider me as your next caregiver!
