Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a warm, dependable companion caregiver who enjoys helping older adults stay connected, supported, and comfortable in their daily lives. I previously provided companion care for the elderly grandmother of a family I worked with as a nanny. My support included accompanying her to doctor's appointments, meals, and outings, grocery shopping, and helping her stay organized with her mail and home. Through my work as a nanny and family assistant, I've learned how much patience, reliability, and thoughtful communication matter when supporting a family. I'm happy to offer companionship, errands, transportation, light meal preparation, and household organization, while taking the time to get to know each person's interests, routines, and preferences.
