As a CCMA/CPT/CNA with six years of corporate experience and over a decade of private experience, I bring patience, compassion, and a friendly approach to every care interaction. My background includes a college degree and specialized training in CPR and First Aid. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I understand the importance of building connections by learning about individual preferences and personal histories. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred method. I can assist with transportation, errands, housekeeping, ADL's, taking care of any pets and meal preparation. I'm eager to provide your loved one with the support they need to thrive.
