Hired her with the agreement of 2-3 days a week from 3:30-7:30. Two days before she was supposed to start she told me couldn't be our sitter because she got a full time job with benefits. She was quite inconsiderate, defensive and insulting during our discussion about my being extremely upset about it. I would recommend not hiring or interview with Sarah.
