As a caring and experienced childcare professional with three years of experience, I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your child. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my talent for connecting with children and helping them learn and grow. I am also a sub teacher at Dayton public schools I am experienced with all ages and special needs. My patient and calm personality allows me to handle challenging situations with ease, and I firmly believe in open communication with parents. I provide written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure that parents are always informed about their child's day. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in setting clear boundaries for children. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, and educational activities.
