About Sarah

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a graduating senior at ECU with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health. Within the next year, I will be applying to OT schools to pursue a career in occupational therapy! I have a passion for health promotion and caring for pediatric and elderly populations and am looking to add experience in caregiving. I have completed CNA 1 and Medication Aide courses in the past, but they are no longer active. I also have experience in PT/OT as a tech, and in physical exercise research at ECU. BLS/ First Aid certifications are active. I enjoy caring for seniors because I have a strong passion for supporting underserved and often overlooked populations. Seniors have so much wisdom and life experience to share, and I find it incredibly rewarding to listen to their stories and build meaningful connections with them. Being able to provide care, companionship, and advocacy for those who may not always have a strong voice is something I deeply value.
