About Gabrielle

I am an OTA graduate with fieldwork experience in home health, specializing in senior care, safe transfers, and mobility. I provide guidance and support for daily tasks, including cooking, exercising, and activities that are meaningful to each individual. I have completed coursework and gained experience caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other diagnoses, and have observed care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. I focus on compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism and safety. My goal is to promote independence, confidence, and quality of life for every senior I work with, tailoring support to their unique needs with a warm and friendly approach.
