I have 1 year experience working with a variety of mental illnesses with adults and seniors, 1 year experience working with children as a para-educator with moderately cognitive impairments, autism, and other developmental delays at the elementary school level ages, and 3 years of experience in in-home care for adults and seniors (including paraplegics). I can assist with lifting/transfers with hoyers, slide boards, sit to stands, gait belts, etc. Looking to help for the summer months full time and or part-time as I currently work as a para-educator at a school during the school year. Willing to work part-time in evenings throughout the school year as well.
