My role as caregiver is to help seniors maintain their independence and the quality of life they enjoy in their home as they continue to age. Sarah was initially hired through a Care Inc. listing due to her excellent, clear communication skills. We easily navigated introducing ourselves, reviewing the job description, and interviewing by phone and then Zoom before she started work. The job involves supporting me and my husband with assistance for meals and laundry as we begin to downsize our home for a future move. As it turns out, besides being a skilled cook, Sarah is also an excellent organizer! We zipped right through packing up clothes for a shelter and removing doubles in the kitchen. I now have the confidence and support to commit to finishing the downsizing with her continued assistance part-time. Sarah is also consistently pleasant, dependable, and careful of our belongings.
