I enjoy caring for seniors because I have just finished graduate school with a degree in mental health counseling and I am interested in eventually specializing in working with older clientele. I started caring for seniors five years ago when an older relative needed additional care after suffering a traumatic brain injury. I cared for another relative during his last months of cancer treatment and hospice care. I have most recently provided care for a wheelchair bound client with multiple sclerosis and am experienced with mobility issues and cognitive impairment . In my spare time, I like to hike, listen to music and paint. My skills include patience, creativity, humor and compassion!

We have been working with Sarah for years. Sarah treats every family with the same respect and consideration as she would for her own. She learns quickly, has a tremendous amount of integrity and observation and is quick to respond in time sensitive situations. She is more than just a caregiver, she will give you the peace you need to walk away. I am a 24/7 caregiver for my husband and I wish I could say everyone is like Sarah. They are not. She goes beyond what is necessary and takes on the heavy loads as needed. She has been a caregiver much longer than on this platform and has taken extensive care for people who don’t have families to reach to. She has become family. I could sing her praises for days. She has been such a blessing to me and my husband.
