About Ashley

I've always enjoyed the company of older adults. I've often been told by people older than me that I am an old soul. Caring for my grandmother during her final years with Parkinson's inspired me to support seniors who may not have a large family nearby or who need an extra hand. I provide non-medical companion care focused on connection and quality of life. I'm happy to provide conversation, reading aloud, playing games, meal preparation, errands, grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, and organization support. I can assist with medication reminders and encouraging physical therapy exercises and supporting mobility with a walker. I do not provide personal hygiene care, toileting, bathing, or administering any injection medications. My goal is to offer reliable companionship and practical support that helps older adults feel seen, supported, and less alone.
