About Sarah

Hello! I currently and have been working at a Montessori school for about 2 years as a Lead Guide. I sadly am departing there to pursue more schooling! My 4 years of experience with children has equipped me with the skills to create a safe and nurturing environment for your little one. I'm certified in infant/child/adult AED, First Aid and CPR, and I've completed coursework in Early Child Development. I enjoy engaging children in various activities. With having experience in the Montessori Method I can incorporate developmentally appropriate projects/works that foster learning. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide regular updates on your child's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and consistent environment. In addition to childcare, I can assist with cooking, carpooling (I have reliable transportation!), and light housekeeping. I am also very comfortable with dogs and am able to help out with those needs.
