About Ella

Hi, my name is Ella and I am a sophomore in college, based in the Twin Cities for the entirety of the year! My journey into childcare began with positive babysitting experiences, solidifying my desire to positively impact children's lives. I then worked at a preschool as a teachers aide for a wide range of children. I am comfortable caring for more than one child at a time. I'm also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm creative, friendly, and comfortable adapting to a wide variety of parental rules. I love sports and I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and so many more activities! I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates and texts. I'm happy to help with a range of tasks you need help with!
