Working with children has always been a passion of mine, so I went on to study Early Childhood Education at Cornerstone University. Upon graduation, I worked as a lead teacher in a 12-18 month daycare classroom before becoming a professional nanny. I have a decade of lifeguarding experience, so I take water safety very seriously. I feel comfortable watching kids around pools, lakes, etc. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Trips to local splash pads, pools and to Millennium Park with kids are a must during Grand Rapids summers! I have been a professional nanny for 12+ years now. I love what I do, and I love being able to bring busy families my unique skill set, which includes; age appropriate lesson planning personalized to the child (play based, of course!), organization, structure, and infant care specialized (NCS - Newborn Care Solutions) + years of infant care experience.
