Hi! My name is Leah, and I am currently a senior at Grand Valley State University, majoring in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Integrated Science. Ever since middle school, I have been caring for kids and making it my mission to bring fun and adventure to the time I get to spend with them. Along with baby-sitting, I have also worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and pool manager for the past 7 years at my hometown pool. During my time there, I was in charge of making sure the patrons of the pool were safe, assuring that the pool chemicals were balanced, giving individualized swim lessons to all ages, effectively communicating with my coworkers and the patrons of the pool. This summer I decided to stay in the area, so I am looking to help out families in the area until classes start in the fall! I can fill the need of babysitter or swimming lesson instructor!
