We had Sarah for our nanny for 1.5 years for our new born son and use her as a baby sitter currently. I cannot say enough kind words about her. She was always so thoughtful, caring and safe with our son. I never once had any concerns when he was with her and he was always excited to see her when she came. She helped us through many of the first years stages of teething, crawling, walking, talking, etc. She was always doing actives with him or they were outside around town. Her kind hearted and gentle nature is refreshing to be around.
