About Risa

Hello, my name is Risa and I'm 20! I've been nannying for 8 years and in the childcare field for 10. I specialize in infant care (0-1) but am just as familiar with toddlers (1-3). In 2026, I am interested in 7/8a-12p weekday morning shifts. I am also looking for 1 full day of work (on Mondays or Fridays), along with those mornings. I'm seeking jobs that include: Twins/multiples, one-time sitting, nanny share, evenings, etc., with infants and toddlers. Regarding qualifications, I am CPR certified, and will obtain my First Aid certification in the spring. I am also pursuing my Infant/Toddler certification and Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I value outdoor time and enjoy taking children on outings to parks, libraries, indoor play areas, etc., to socialize and explore. I also believe in teaching self-regulation and redirection, as I've learned children respond best when shown calming techniques and given reasonable choices.
