Most recent review
Sarah was pleasant to work with and completed many tasks well while on-site. However, I experienced repeated communication and reliability issues. During a scheduled rental property turnover, she was unable to make it due to a family emergency, but I was not notified beforehand and couldn't reach her during the scheduled clean. Clear communication is essential in this type of work, and that experience made it difficult for me to confidently recommend her.
