About Sarah

For 11+ years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and creating positive experiences. My passion lies in empowerment, autonomy, choice, collaboration and exploration. I am patient, playful, and always respectful. I communicate with parents verbally and over text. I enforce and support household rules and encourage healthy foods while playing outdoors, being in nature or at parks, and museums. I have worked with children on the spectrum and also with foster children with intense trauma; so I strive to ensure safety, consistency and structure with healthy supportive boundaries. I have 3 college degrees, served in the Army and grew up with 6 siblings! Children of all ages are my jam! I come prepared with bubbles, a lot of songs I sing, creativity around routines, library card, museum memberships, and crafting experience. I hope to bring my experience and caring nature to your family, get kiddos outside and away from screens and give parents some breathing room!
