My approach to childcare is rooted in child development, healthy attachment, and warmly meeting each child where they are emotionally & developmentally. I am a seasoned childcare provider with 17 years of experience caring for children from newborn through age 14, including nearly six years as a full-time mother. I balance flexibility & meeting individuality with gentle daily rhythms that create ease & stability. I encourage creative expression & natural learning through exploration & play, while also respecting parents' wishes for routines & daily agendas. I have extensive experience with infants and young children, supporting healthy attachment with patience, attentiveness & care, and adapting to the rapidly evolving rhythms of the early years. I also bring a strong background in nourishing food preparation and mindful home care. I value open communication & collaboration with families, and being a nurturing presence in little one's lives.
