About Sapphire

I have over eight years of experience working with children ages 1 to 14, providing care, guidance, and support tailored to each child's unique needs. My experience includes helping with daily routines, educational activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow and feel supported. I also have personal experience caring for my nonverbal autistic niece, which has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and understanding of developmental differences. I am attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to building trust with both children and their families while encouraging positive behavior, independence, and emotional well-being in every child I work with.
