About Phyllis

Hey there, I'm Phyllis! Here's a little bit about me: I have several years of experience caring for children of all ages in both home and professional settings. My most recent position was working in education supporting children with a variety of needs including behavioral, developmental, and communication challenges. I also have experience in child care centers, after school programs, and one-on-one caregiving. I am CPR and First Aid certified and trained in behavior support and crisis prevention. I'm patient, dependable, and calm under pressure, and I enjoy helping kids learn play and feel comfortable being themselves. I can assist with routines, homework, meals, bedtime, and creating structured but fun activities. Families often describe me as reliable, nurturing, and easy to communicate with. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your child and I work hard to make both parents and kids feel at ease.
