I go by Sanju! With almost 10 years of experience in early childhood education and infant care, I am a dedicated caregiver specializing in infant and toddler development. My approach is strongly influenced by Montessori principles, fostering independence, curiosity, and respect for each child's individuality. I have completed my AMI 0-3 diploma in August, trained in developmental science from birth to age three, prenatal and postpartum care, home environments, observation, and developmental milestones. My training includes psychomotor and sensory development, movement, language, nutrition, hygiene, breastfeeding and weaning, practical life, personality development, neurodiversity (including autism), movement/language pathologies, and child development theory. I strive to create safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate experiences while building trusting relationships with children and families through open communication and collaboration. rate is flexible!
