I have 10+ years of experience with a strong background in both home care and daycare settings. I have spent the last three years as a dedicated nanny for a single family, providing consistent, loving care and developmental support. Before that, I taught in a daycare/preschool setting for two years as an infant and toddler teacher. My approach to childcare blends structure and creativity: I plan enriching activities like sensory play, outdoor exploration, and arts and crafts that stimulate young minds and encourage social-emotional growth. I have a particular love for early communication and language skills and begin introducing basic sign language starting at 3 months. My experience also includes sleep training, supporting specialty infant care needs, and confidently managing care for multiple young children at once.
