About Sandra

Sandra was supposed to be at our address at 2pm. This was agreed to 5 days in advance. At 12:30p-ish, I reached out through Care.com to ensure she was still coming. No response. At 2:10p she had not arrived nor tried to contact us. I received a message that she was running behind and asked if 4pm would work. I advised that as long as she arrived at 4p because my event planner was here and would be decorating after she cleaned this week. Therefore, it was very important that we get this project underway and done so we didn't hold her up. At 4:46p she still had not arrived. I sent the last message asking should I get someone else since this was for Thanksgiving and I needed to know if we could depend on her showing up. At 4;46p she read the message but never responded. I am very disappointed in this unprofessional behavior. I was going to try someone else but changed my mind. I hope what she was doing was urgent and important since she could not be bothered to keep me informed. I am so glad this was just the consultation and not a situation where I had already clicked hire.
