About Patrina

My name is Patrina, and I bring more than 15 years of experience in home health, behavioral health, and care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have served as a Supervisor for multiple group homes, managed staff, supported medication management and safety protocols, and worked directly with clients with a wide range of care needs. My background includes senior care, psychiatric/behavioral health support, daily living assistance, mobility support, documentation, and creating structured, person-centered routines. I am reliable, compassionate, and experienced with working across many age groups -- from children with autism to adults and seniors needing personalized care. I am dedicated to providing high-quality support, promoting dignity and independence, and building trusting relationships with each client and family I serve.
