About Sandra

I have two years of experience working with seniors in both caregiving and companionship roles. For one year, I provided daily support to a woman with mild dementia. I assisted her with laundry and household tasks, accompanied her on short walks (she used a walker for mobility), and helped her complete exercises recommended by her physical therapist. I also ran errands and supported her with day-to-day needs to ensure her comfort, safety, and well-being. In addition, I worked as a companion for a 90-year-old woman, visiting her weekly to spend quality time together. During these visits, I read books and magazines to her and provided meaningful conversation and companionship. This experience has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to provide attentive, personalized care.
