I would go there everyday to help her with laundry, we went for short walks ( she was using walker to get around), helped her with exercises that were recommended to her by PT, run errands and helped her with pretty much anything she needed. I used to also be a companion for a 90-year-old lady where I would go to her once a week and read to her books/magazines.
