We hired Sandy to pick up our 4-year old from half-days of school and watch him until we were finished with work. She was truly a blessing for our family - she is so kind and really wants to understand children as individuals. Our son really bonded to her. Sandy did really great activities with our son and treated him as her own. She was also incredibly trustworthy and reliable, She is also a great communicator and a really hard worker. When our son was napping, she would straighten up/clean the playroom, do dishes, and fold laundry. She always asked if there was anything else she could do to help us. Sandy worked for us for over 4 months and we only stopped because our son got a full time spot at his preschool. We will really miss her and plan to use her regularly as an evening babysitter.
