About Anne

I am the oldest of four children, so I've been babysitting since I was about 10. About the time that I turned 12, I started babysitting for multiple families in my neighborhood. I would take them to the neighborhood pool during the summer and swim with them. If it was too chilly, we would stay at home, play games or watch a movie, and I would cook dinner or give them what their parents had already prepared. The past 18 months I have been a regular sitter (about twice a week during the school year) for a3-year-old girl and sometimes her two siblings (7 and 11). I cook or pickup dinner, occasionally pick them up from school, help the older two with homework, and just make sure they are having fun. In addition, I have experience with special needs children and adults, and I love working with them. I have volunteered at a Special Needs program for two years and worked a camp for three.
