Sandy has been with us for three months now and we can't be happier with our choice! Sandy is extremely reliable - she's only called sick once and gives me advanced notice for taking time off. She accommodated several times when I had to ask her to watch our daughter on days she's not scheduled to work. Our daughter trusts her completely and loves going to Ms Sandy's house. Sandy makes sure that the kids (she watches my daughter and a little girl from another family) have 2-3 focused activities during the day- craft dancing drawing reading etc. Sandy is also great at taking the kids to outings - they often go to the park and library. I would highly recommend Sandy!
