About Sandra

To whom it may concern, i'm sharing a brief note about the unique care that Sandra provides as a home care provider. I was fortunate to met Sandra when I had an unexpexted change in health following treatment for Uterine cancer and Encephalopathic Sepsis. I suddenly found myself bed bound and Sandra's exper I ence and knowledge made her a perfect home care provider for me. Sandra was immediately comfortable with me, my husband and our pets and had a good working knowledge on my medical issues. We were immediately comfortable with her. She shown her knowledge and skills gained by life by her caring and professional actions. Sandra greeted each day with cheer and was a delight to have in our home. We have a dog and 7 orphaned kittens we hand raised. The pets, normally shy were immediately comfortable with her and would sit by the door waiting for her, eagerly. Always demonstrably hungry personally and professionally for growth, Sandra would share what new knowledge she gained through books, videos, podcasts and video lectures. Sandra would share what she studied the night before and her growth as a care provider through her thirst for knowledge was evident in her daily work. Sandra is a cheerful, intelligent person and her use of new knowledge was evident in her approach to daily activities. I experienced an unexpected life threatening event - Sandra saw the physical changes that was happening to me before I felt them physically. During the 4 minutes that I was unresponsive she performed CPR while touching and talking to me to bring me back, stayed with me to the hospital, shared what she observed to ER Staff that helped them come to a quick diagnosis, stayed in contact with my husband who had gone to the Bay Area that day for family business and stayed with me in ICU until my husband arrived so I was never alone. Due to her professional approach to the work, her caring emphatic style, her adaptability to different household styles, her cheerful nature and her hunger for knowledge I would recommend Sandra to any home needing a care provider.
