As a Certified Home Health Aide with a college degree, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My year of experience has equipped me with the skills to handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and to de-escalate stressful situations with patience and calm. I provide hospice services, and I'm also certified in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I communicate with families through written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always following your preferred method.
