I'm a second year student at UMass Boston currently studying Early Childhood Education and have been working with kids from 0-9 for 3 years and currently work part time at a Childhood Care Center :) I am super compassionate and understanding and love having fun with kids in a way that suits their interests, while also making sure that learning and safety are maintained. I also ensure that I'm not being overly authoritative, I'd rather explain the reason behind something instead of being frustrated and raising my voice. I'm also well versed in working with kids with ADHD/ASD!!! I've always been passionate about working with kids and I do pretty good in school, so I thought why not combine the two and make some extra money. I'm super into education and helping kids develop into functional human beings which means I do not at all mind working with/taking care of children who are falling a little behind/or have developmental needs. I also tutor as well!
