I bring a calm, steady presence to the families I work with, and I focus on creating an environment where children feel safe, engaged, and able to grow at their own pace. My approach is grounded in Montessori principles, so I value structure, consistency, and fostering independence, while also staying attuned to each child's emotional needs. I've worked both as a nanny and as the owner, administrator, and lead educator of a Montessori micro-preschool for children ages 3-6. In that role, I managed daily operations while also designing and guiding learning experiences that supported each child's development. As a nanny, I've cared for children of different ages, supporting daily routines, meals, activities, and overall household flow in a reliable and thoughtful way. I'm looking to work with a family where I can be a consistent, supportive presence-someone who contributes not just to childcare, but to a calm, well-functioning home.
