About Sam

Hello, my name is Sam. It's great to meet you! I am an incoming OSU-Cascades Honors College triple-major in early childhood education, psychology, and kinesiology. I have experience with ages 0-3 and 8-10, both with special needs and without special needs. I live near Shevlin Park and will be moving to the OSU-Cascades dorms starting in the fall. I do not own a car, but I do intend on getting one in the coming months. I am take a fun, play-based approach to learning for kids 12 and under. I believe every child is capable of not only doing well in school but excelling, and I am more than happy to meet them where they're at and create a lesson plan! I am also currently pursuing a certificate in literacy as it pertains to children, so for all the early learners who are looking for a tutor, I would be more than happy to help with basic writing, reading, grammar, etc... as well as STEAM!
