Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With four years of experience in varied educational settings--I specialize in creating supportive, engaging environments where elementary and middle school students thrive. I have experience working with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to tailor my approach to meet diverse needs. Whether we are tackling writing reflections or refining study skills to make assignments more approachable, I will utilize real-world and personal connection to foster interdisciplinary thought. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are always aligned on progress and goals. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. Recognizing potential and worth are skills I see undeniably valuable.
