About Samiyah

I have extensive tutoring experience in a variety of fields. I have tutored in English as well as Algebra, and Graphic Design. I currently work as a Special Education Teaching Assistant where I work with a variety of grade levels. I have helped students learn to analyze math problems, write essays, understand historical events, and ace their SATs. I have spent years taking my time to assist my peers as well as reaching out to young students of my community. I have tutored long-term homeschool students as well as public school students on short-term assignments. Alongside my experience with tutoring with all ages and grade levels, I am very passionate and energetic. I have always enjoyed watching how excited students are when it finally clicks, and make sure to celebrate with them.
