About Samiya

Hello, my name is Samiya. I am passionate about working with children. I began babysitting for my family during high school and have been providing in-home daycare services for several years. My preference is to provide services in the comfort of my home. I am now a certified teacher in Michigan, which enables me to work with children from birth to age eight. I have gained extensive experience through placements at daycare centers and elementary schools as part of the College of Education program at SVSU. Additionally, I am CPR certified. I consider patience and consideration for others to be key qualities that support my ability to work effectively with children, as they allow me to take the time to understand and support their individual needs.
