Samia was beyond wonderful with my daughter, M. .  My child was so well cared for and brought into a real home and community. She immediately felt welcome and like she was part of the family. Communication was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend Samia more.

My wife and I found Samia when getting ready for our anniversary, and wanted childcare.  Samia and her family welcomed our children into her home and took outstanding care of them!  She is very good, just like a daycare, and my wife and I were so incredibly thankful to have found her.  We will definitely come back soon!  

My toddler had an amazing time at Samia’s house and as parents we knew our son was well taken care of.
Samia’s house is set up for kids, she is caring, kind, organized, and she is very thoughtful about activities as well as meals she will offer each day.

Why 5 stars?:

My husband and I were scrolling through Care.com and found Samia. We really liked the hours she was available and her background. We reached out and scheduled a meet up. First impression was she was organized, calm and pleasant to talk with. We scheduled another meeting with her at her home. She had a dedicated indoor play area that had a few toys and books in it(that she rotates out periodically). She has a child size table and chairs near the kitchen area for the children to eat at. Our daughter(who is 1yr old) was immediately excited to get down and start exploring the playroom. Samia has a no shoe policy in that room which we really appreciated. So we took our shoes off and off she went.  

We schedule one more meeting this time with her family especially the ones that would be around or interact with our daughter. They were all very sweet and were very patient with her. 

She and her family have been very understanding and patient with our odd schedule. Both my husband and I work odd and long hours as first responders. She has been most accommodating with our schedules. 

When it came to talking about the daily  routine. Samia was very open and flexible to taylor our daughters specific needs. She asked us about our home routine and has been able to accommodate our routine at her home as closely as possible. 

She has a good background in child care. She is very attentive to the small changes that our daught has gone through (from skin issues, to napping and feeding changes). She has always been communicative about what, when and how to feed our daughter or when to do naps. Any time Samia wants to change or add something she has always contacted us first for approval. 

As new parents and first time dropping our daughter off with a (at the time) stranger, she knows the stress and worrie that we had. She texted us updates once she was down for naps, awake, feeding, playing.

We have come to find her and her husband's parenting style very similar to ours which really helped our daughter start to become comfortable with Samia. 

This is why we gave her 5 stars. 

Samia helped me with early early morning school drop off, I had an unexpected work situation come up that conflicted with the normal school routine. She was an absolute joy to work with. Just has the BeST energy, and my daughter loved her! 

I am thrilled to share my experience with our wonderful nanny! She has been an incredible addition to our family, bringing warmth, care, and joy into our home. From the very first day, her sweet and nurturing nature shone through, making my children feel safe and loved.

Her ability to engage and connect with the kids has created countless unforgettable moments. Whether it’s through fun activities, storytelling, or simply being there to listen, she has a special way of making each day memorable. 

Trustworthiness is something I value deeply, and I can wholeheartedly say that I trust her completely. Knowing that my children are in such capable and loving hands brings me immense peace of mind.

We are truly grateful for the time we have shared with her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a gem, and anyone would be lucky to have her as a nanny !

Samia has been a wonderful caregiver for my 9-month-old. She's incredibly patient, attentive, and truly cares for each child as an individual. Her space is always clean and organized, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for reliable and nurturing childcare.

Samia is great with my daughter. She is 5 years old. She loves going to Samia’s house and looks forward to it! She is very attentive to my daughter’s needs while in her care and always has fun things planned for the kids to do. I would highly recommend her!
