About Kathryn

Drawing from 5 years of experience working with children ages six months to nine years, I am committed to empowering them through connection to nature. I am passionate about educating kids on how to walk in harmony with the natural world and to discover new worlds within the tiniest acorn. I am experienced in various forms of education as a student of Montessori, home-schooling, contemplative education, and Waldorf. I am currently in grad school to become a therapist, have worked in special education and have years of experience working on small scale organic vegetable farms in Sonoma County all of which I bring to my work with kids in various ways. I am passionate about reconnecting children with Nature, through food, walks, and other outdoor activities. Additionally, I am great at cooking healthy nutritious food, keep up with laundry, and cleaning up as we go with the kids.
