Hi! My name is Sam. I am an active LPN and I have been on the geriatric side of healthcare for over 17 years now. I specialize in hospice and dementia care, but have years of experience in acute care settings, rehabilitation and long term care. I currently work part time with a long term care and dementia company that I have been with for many years. I have recently recognized the growing need for families to be able to provide care in their home or their family members home with very little options and that's where I can help! I provide exceptional care for your loved one in the comfort of one's home. I can provide assistance in errands, meal prep, cooking and house duties, healthcare assistance, bathing and daily hygiene, medication/insulin administration etc..
